Pineapple Mango Citrus Beauty Smoothie Bowl

Updated: Mar 13, 2020

As someone with incredibly sensitive skin, I do a lot to fight against everything that makes my skin look tired, or makes it breakout. Summer may be over soon, but the Texas heat has been horrible to my skin this season. Last weekend I decided I needed a bit of a collagen boost and pulled some key ingredients from my pantry and fridge to make this amazing and easy smoothie bowl recipe.

I take my skin very seriously and love to try products that help it to glow effortlessly. Having the Organifi Glow organic collagen support at my aid is perfect to help me combat against tired dehydrated skin. It's made with a blend of aloe, rosehip, and tremella mushrooms. Not to mention, it's vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and soy-free at only 19 calories per serving. Though it is perfect to mix in water, almond milk, and so on,

I decided I wanted to add it to my afternoon smoothie bowl.

What you need -

1 Cup Pineapple - Chopped & Frozen

1 Cup Mango - Chopped & Frozen

1 Tbs - Turmeric

1 Tsp - Agave Nectar

Your favorite granola - I use Bear Naked Triple Berry

1 1/2 Cups Almond Milk

1 Orange - Juice half and save rest for slices

Kiwi - For topping

1/3 Cup Raspberries

Step 1:

Chop your mango and pineapple and place in the freezer over night. You want them frozen in order to replace ice. Once they are frozen, add to the blender along with turmeric, agave nectar (Hint: this will help offset the turmeric taste and naturally sweeten), fresh orange juice, and a cup of the almond milk. Blend together until smooth and all ingredients are combined. Set in the fridge to keep chilled.

Step 2:

In a separate blender, add your raspberries, one scoop of Organifi, and the rest of the milk to blend together. The Organifi blends easily in seconds. Once you have both blended, pour the yellow smoothie into your bowl. Gently spoon the pink smoothie in and swirl the mixtures together.

Step 3:

Garnish with granola, kiwi, and orange slices (I used regular and Cara Cara oranges). For an extra boost add a sprinkle of the Organifi Glow powder to the top. That's it!

With that now you are ready to sit back and enjoy this refreshing recipe that is organic and is very tasty. This bowl will also help with inflammation, skin hydration, and skin brightening.
